A customer has Thermador PCS364 professional range top unit. She experienced random clicking on the burners and no ignition on left burners. I removed all parts to have access to internal parts. After several tests, I find out that both potentiometers were bad, also spark module was defective and all spark electrodes were rusty. I offered to replace all defective parts. I replaced 2 potentiometers, I installed the new improved version of the spark module. I removed all burners, cleaned them and install new spark electrodes. I also replaced old grease wiring with new wiring with improved insulation. I put all panels, burners, and nuts back together. After I conducted several tests.
