We warrant all repairs made with an unconditional One-Year Parts Warranty.

Service call means that technician comes over to your place for the diagnostics and estimate.

The service call fee is $65 for the residential appliance and $120 for troubleshooting HVAC equipment. But it will be absolutely FREE if you choose to do the repairs.

It will be $65 for the first residential appliance and $40 for each additional.

For HVAC Systems it will be $120 for the system and $40 for each additional appliance or HVAC equipment.

We don’t charge by the hour, but by the job.

We take cash, checks, Apple Pay, Android Pay and credit cards (VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS)

You may choose one of the options. No extra discount can be added after the final price.

If you can provide a copy of the estimate from a competitor company, we will try to match the price or give you the better offer.

It depends on the failure of the appliance. If you’re facing a common problem our technician will be able to fix it on spot. However, in some cases, we might need to order the part and it requires a second visit. No extra charges will be applied for the second visit.

Yes, we can. In this case, we will charge only for the labor. However, we will not give you any warranty on the part.
If it turns out that you got the wrong part, we will either install our own part or will charge you for the service call, if you refuse to do the repair.

If we are not able to diagnose the problem, the service call fee will be waived.
