A customer has Sub Zero 642 refrigerator side by side unit. She noticed that unit was leaking. Right away our technician checked the drain for refrigerator part. As expected drain tube was clogged. We removed lower drawers and glass shelving. Now then we have access to the drip pan and drain tube. Using the steamer we cleaned drip pan and drain tube. We cleaned area inside the unit, install glass shelf and install drawers too. After we conducted maintenance for condenser coil.
