All our technicians are EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) certified.

Education:

Our technicians undergo a three-month training program where they work side by side with an experienced technician. This take place both out on the road with customers as well as in a shop setting, work one on one with a supervisor.

  •   Ok...the day following this first review I received a text message from the owner of KIT Appliance. He (David) personally came to our home that same day, and ordered some new parts for our stove and refunded to me the original amount I had paid them in January.
    He sent me the tracking number for the parts and the following week he returned with the parts and spent 2 hours disassembling the stove and replacing them. He made sure the oven was working correctly before leaving and, again, apologized for all the problems. Very nice guy and very concerned about making sure everything was working correctly. I work definitely work with him again !!!

      I was getting desperate sending messages in need of an air con repair person. Kit appliance was quick to respond and showed up the in the window of time appointed. I was at work and asked them to give me a 30 min call before they would be there to narrow down the time. Sam came in and fixed the immediate problem and suggested I get a new hvac since it's really old. We'll have to save some money before we change it but I'll definitely call Kit Appliance to do it!

  •   Used these guys to work on my central air last week when it was 90degrees out. Couldn't find anyone in the area to come that day and I was not willing to wait because I have breathing problems. I called Kit Appliance Repair and the men who answered the phone was a sweetheart and she seemed to understand my urgent request. Sam came in one hour, the nice young man who came to fix it was very friendly. Within a few hours from booking an appointment in Kit Appliance Repair, my central air was up and running. I was very pleased with the the fee and so happy to have cool air again so I could breath. Sam gave me a business card and the warranty copy invoice I sure will use it if anything else needs fixing that is for certain!

      Just had a great experience with Kit Appliance repair. Called day before yesterday to schedule a visit. Fridge and diswasher not working. Michael booked the appointment - between 4 and 6pm. David came around 4:30 and called to let me know he was coming. With just the service call he managed to find the issues with both appliances. David was very professional and the whole process was seamless. Honest and forthright. I will definitely call them again if needed and will also recommend their services to family and friends

  •   I called Kit Appliance to fix a front-load washer's door. Got the next day appointment from 4-6pm. David was there right on time at 4pm. He quickly found the problem and helped me order the replacement parts right away. The entire process was very professional and efficient. Their price is also very reasonable. Thank you David!

      David with Kit Appliance Repair was able to solve our problem, talked to us about the fault, and made the repair a two way communication providing estimates and parts requirements along the way. He was courteous and professional as well as communicative. The day of the final repair, after we'd gotten the parts we'd found we needed, a new problem with the appliance developed, and with his domain experience, David, to our great happiness, unjammed what was jammed and we were lucky enough to get a fully fixed appliance without any more parts, or, I should say, any more waiting on parts! This house is definitely happier now for David's work. It was a good experience.

      Technician came to appt., looked at refrigerator & freezer for a few minutes and then went to his truck to 'write up'. He came back, handed me a piece of paper with a part number, what service needed to be completed and a website address for ordering the part! When I asked if I was to order and call back to make appointment for installation? I was told No! The technician stated he didn't want to do the job!! I was stunned!! When I made appointment, I was assured they fixed all GE Monogram issues, no problem. So, imagine my disappointment and disbelief!!
    And, the part suggested was not the right part! Technician did not do anything but feel coils and push door switch a couple times.
    This company was a waste of my time. And they, obviously, are not trustworthy when it comes to their stated service capabilities.
